About the Course

Discover and enjoy the Swiss-Amazonian Fusion Cuisine, all together as a team! Using sustainable products that generate a direct economical impact to the indigenous Xikrin community.

  • During this experience we will use the Menire babassu oil which is a natural and organic product made by women of the Xikrin ethnic group, in the Xingu Amazon rainforest.

  • Contribute to the wellbeing and conscious cooking knowledge of your teams, allowing them to learn new healthy, creative and zero waste recipes.

  • Our Fusion Cuisine is adapted to vegan and gluten-free diets, using local vegetables and fruits.
