• A week of deep transformation through sunrise & sunset yoga sessions, various meditation techniques, as well as daily pranayama breathwork to connect with your inner being with mind tools (mantras, affirmations, visualizations).
• 7 nights in a cozy and elegant cabin in single and double occupancy.
• All-inclusive package with vegetarian options including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and beverages.
• Pick up from the Aktion Airport (PVK).
• One Group Zoom follow-up session within the first month led by Betreat.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

• Airfares
• Personal expenses: phone calls, extra spa services, minibar, taxis, mountain cable, laundry, souvenir shopping, alcoholic beverages.
• Insurance: personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance.

COVID-19 SPECIFICATION

As we understand the insecurity that travel planning still holds, we are offering a more flexible payment and cancellation policy to those who want to join our retreats in 2021.

• In case travel restrictions are applied to Greece or the guests’ country of residence at the time of the retreat, and a retreat needs to be canceled or the guest is restricted from joining the retreat, the guest shall receive a voucher* equal to the full amount paid and valid for 1 year.

• Valid for one (1) year from the start date of the canceled retreat.
• Transferrable to a friend.
• Voucher can be applied towards any other Betreat retreat of your choice, subject to availability.
